Claire joined HPP Equity in April 2025, bringing her expertise in civil engineering, quantity surveying, and cost estimation to support the firm’s growing portfolio of real estate and development projects. Based in South Bend, Indiana, Claire plays a key role in ensuring cost accuracy, budget compliance, and operational efficiency across HPP Equity’s multifamily and infrastructure investments.

With a strong foundation in project coordination and construction cost management, Claire contributes to HPP Equity’s mission of creating wealth-building opportunities through precise analysis, strategic planning, and stewardship of assets. She is skilled in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), bid proposals, and cost breakdowns, helping drive informed investment and project decisions.

Before joining HPP Equity, Claire served as a Quantity Surveyor at Grand Taishan Construction and Development Inc. in Cebu, Philippines, where she managed cost estimation, subcontractor coordination, and procurement evaluation for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Her career also includes experience in financial recordkeeping and process improvement, developed during her tenure as an Assistant Bookkeeper at USC SVD Community Inc.

Claire earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Cebu Institute of Technology-University. Proficient in Planswift, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite, she brings both technical precision and a collaborative mindset to every project.
