Joey Bachewicz

Joey joined HPP Equity in February 2025 as our Relationship Manager, based in South Bend, Indiana. With a passion for building strong relationships and a deep-rooted love for Notre Dame, Joey brings invaluable experience and energy to our team. His keen eye for identifying opportunities perfectly aligns with HPP’s mission to create vibrant communities where residents feel at home.

Joseph S. Bachewicz is an accomplished real estate professional with over four decades of experience in commercial property development and franchise operations. He has led successful ventures, including the development of Walgreens stores and the operation of an Airbnb business. With an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from Notre Dame, Joseph is skilled at recognizing opportunities and solving complex challenges in real estate.

Throughout his career, Joseph has demonstrated leadership in real estate investments, property management, and franchise development. His extensive background is complemented by certifications from New York University and the CCIM Institute.  He lives in South Bend, IN, while still holding down his long standing roots and ties to the Chicagoland area where his kids and grandkids live!
