Justin Frey

Justin Frey is the Vice President of Market Development for HPP Equity LLC, working with the acquisitions team, processing detailed research, building community relationships, and providing data through dispositions and proformas to feed HPP’s growth mentality.  He has helped grow HPP Equity’s diversified SFR (single family rental) and multi-family student housing portfolio near Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, since joining the team in 2022.

Justin’s journey into real estate began at a young age, influenced by his mother's career as a realtor in the early 90s. Justin maintained his passion for the field throughout the years. While earning a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, he began investing in real estate on the side, purchasing tax sale properties, foreclosures, and off-market deals, and also began managing rental properties.

Directly after college, Justin obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License in order to expand his real estate knowledge and obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration as well as obtained a Paralegal Certificate to gain the fundamentals in business management.

Through obtaining his Real Estate Broker’s License, property management, and his personal property flipping business, Justin gained valuable hands-on experience in acquisitions and dispositions analysis.
