Melissa Saavedra joined HPP Equity in South Bend, Indiana in Oct 2024. Melissa has a strong background in law and a passion for real estate, bringing a unique combination of expertise in legal frameworks, intellectual property, and property transactions. She specializes in working with numbers, analyzing data, and managing transactions to ensure seamless operations in the real estate industry.

Her journey started with a law degree and a focus on labor and social security law, followed by hands-on experience in intellectual property and real estate legalities. Melissa has worked with top-tier law firms and has an in-house paralegal, overseeing the legalization of property transactions, reporting to senior management, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Currently, as part of the HPP Equity team, Melissa handles analytics, data entry, and investor relations while supporting Capital Markets and C-Suite operations. Her diverse skill set allows her to navigate the complexities of real estate while delivering actionable insights and solutions.

Beyond work, Melissa thrives on problem-solving, effective communication, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she is dedicated to fostering trust and achieving results in every professional endeavor.

Originally from Nicaragua, known as the land of lakes and volcanoes, Melissa cherishes spending time with her family, boyfriend, friends, and her pet. She loves discovering new places, and a day at the beach is always the ideal perfect plan for her.
