Patrina St. Hill joined HPP Equity in 2025 as our Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist, based in Barbados. With a passion for strategic storytelling, branding, and digital engagement, Patrina plays a key role in expanding HPP Equity’s visibility and strengthening connections with investors, residents, and community stakeholders across multiple markets.

Patrina brings more than a decade of entrepreneurial, customer service, and marketing experience, combined with specialized expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and brand development. Her background includes managing successful digital campaigns, developing branded visual content, and implementing audience growth strategies that consistently increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness across Meta platforms and other digital channels.

Prior to joining HPP Equity, Patrina operated Purpose Driven Marketing & Consulting, where she partnered with businesses throughout the Caribbean and the United States to create impactful digital marketing campaigns and brand strategies. Her ability to blend creativity with analytics has helped clients improve visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve measurable marketing results.

Patrina holds multiple certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Graphic Design, and Artificial Intelligence, including Google Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Professional Certification, Meta Social Media Marketing Specialization, and Google AI Professional Certification. She is highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, AI-assisted content development, and digital campaign management.
